The Consultant

Jarveal's consulting career began at Deloitte in New York City, where he spent three years as an Anti-Money Laundering consultant delivering regulatory compliance solutions for clients across the U.S. and in London. Promoted to Senior Consultant, he moved to EY to deepen that expertise; and became a trainer for new hires entering the AML practice, shaping the next generation of consultants.

In 2017, he stepped away to explore entrepreneurship and higher education, returning to consulting in 2021 at Kotter International. There he helped stand up Kotter's Learning & Development division and played a pivotal role in building the Kotter Change Certification Program, delivering change-readiness training to clients around the world.
